Terms of Service

This portal is the official AJLM service for publication-fee administration, LOA issuance, and LOA verification.

Payment verification

Uploading proof does not by itself constitute payment approval. Payment becomes PAID only after an authorized AJLM administrator confirms receipt in the publisher's bank account.

LOA issuance

An official LOA is issued by the system only after the required editorial and administrative conditions have been satisfied. Verification tokens are document credentials and should be retained by the corresponding author.
